Net weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery products - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - for royal icing, etc.
Add from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
Maximum usable dosage: 1.30 g / 100 g.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colors (E102, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).
E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, shrimp, celery, mustard, sesame, and mollusks.
