Wilton Gel Food Color Black 28g - black

Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called fondant. Add in small amounts until the desired shade is achieved.

Maximum usable dosage: 1.64g/100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, humectant: E422, sugar, water, color: E153, starch, acidity regulators: E330, E331, thickener: E406, preservative: E202.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs. Certified kosher.

Dosage is governed by current hygiene regulations and technical standards, especially Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 298/97 Coll. The maximum amount of colorant allowed for confectionery is 200 mg/kg of the colored mass for edible decorations on confectionery products. The overall highest permitted value of colorants when used in combination is set at 500 mg/kg and applies to the total amount of colorants used.
