Wilton Gel Food Color Moss Green 28g - Moss Green

Concentrated gel food colorant.

Package weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - called gum paste. Add gradually from a small amount until the desired shade is achieved. Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dose: 0.10g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colors (E102, E110, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)). E102 and E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and mollusks.

Note: For coloring confectionery products, the maximum amount of dye is set at 200mg/kg of colored mass for edible decorations on confectionery products. For the use of dyes in combination, the overall maximum allowed value of dyes is set at 500mg/kg and applies to the total amount of dyes used.

The warning that the colors are intended for decorative purposes only is stated because, due to EU legislation, it is not possible to use hygiene certificates valid in the USA in the EU territory.
WILTON colors can be safely used to color foods intended for consumption.
