Concentrated gel food color.
Package weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called sugar paste. Add gradually from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.
Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.
Maximum usable dose: 0.58 g / 100 g.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E102, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).
E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, and molluscs.
