KARINA - Arachido - 500g
KARINA is most commonly used for making creams and fillings, and can also be used for liquid fillings.
KARINAS are mixtures that provide confectionery creams with excellent stability while maintaining their creaminess. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams prepared from vegetable whips do not dry out.
KARINAS are also suitable for use in plant-based creams in combination with dried gelatin. It not only gives creams fullness in flavor, but also ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and the creams do not stick to knives.
KARINAS in variation with butter or fat which you use for fatty creams. They add a taste and color characteristic to the type of KARINA you use.
Ingredients: sugar, roasted peanut flour, vegetable oil (palm), dried milk, glucose syrup, caramelized sugar, dried whey, modified potato starch (E1414), rice flour, thickener (E401), vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated coconut), emulsifier (E472a), flavor (with lupine), dye (E150c), salt.

May contain traces of: cereals containing gluten, eggs and products thereof, oilseed kernels ( peanuts ) and products thereof, soybeans and products thereof, nut fruits, sesame seeds and products thereof, wolfberry ( lupine ) and products thereof
Usage: Karina Arachido 500g + water 250g
Mix all the ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Then whip to the desired consistency. Before further processing, let it rest for about 15 minutes. Stir again. Butter can be added.
