This structural base is ideal for use with a variety of edible and inedible materials, such as fondant, modeling clay, marzipan, or craft clays (e.g. Fimo, clay), both sides of the base are usable, one side will create a pattern on the fondant and the other side will be embossed. Instructions:
1. Knead the fondant and roll it out to an even thickness, dusting with powdered sugar or cornstarch as needed.
2. Select the desired side of the base and place it on the fondant.
3. Press the base firmly onto the fondant and roll over it with a rolling pin or press with your hands to ensure the pattern is imprinted everywhere.
4. Remove the base and inspect the decoration.
5. Enhance the final effect with a food-safe shine spray.

Note:
If using the base with food material, it should be stored separately from tools used with non-food materials.
