Structural - Impression Mat

This structural mat is ideal for use with a range of edible and inedible materials such as fondant, modelling paste, marzipan or craft clays (e.g. Fimo, clay), both sides of the mat are usable, one side will imprint on the fondant and the other side will be embossed. Suitable for decorating cakes, muffins...

Instructions:
1. Knead the fondant and roll it out evenly, dust with icing sugar or cornflour as needed.
2. Select the desired side of the mat and place it on the fondant.
3. Press the mat firmly onto the fondant and roll over it with a rolling pin or press with hands to ensure the pattern is imprinted all over.
4. Remove the mat and inspect the design.
5. Use a food-safe spray to enhance the final effect.

Note:
If using the mat with food material, it should be stored separately from tools used with non-food materials.
