    Plastic structural foil for creating a surface relief from chocolate (max.temperature 17 degrees - when the chocolate is still soft), marzipan, covering materials, pastries.... Size: 40cmx25cm Application: Regularly spread the chocolate on the foil (it must not be hot but still soft). Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes, then the foil can be removed from the chocolate. The foil can be repeatedly used. Wash with lukewarm tap water. Do not wash in the dishwasher. Size: 40 x 25cm
