These edible diamonds will add shine and beauty to your cakes and other confectionery products. These jelly diamonds measure approximately 5mm in diameter. Suitable for use on all confectionery coverings and royal icing or on cream. We recommend using tweezers to handle the diamonds. Tips and advice: Edible diamonds can be placed in the fridge to ensure they are thoroughly cooled and the casing is not damaged when removed. Do not use standard edible glue. If diamonds are being placed on royal icing, make sure it is completely dry. If water remains in the icing, it could create a puddle around the diamond. To highlight a diamond, you can use silver or gold luster (non-toxic sparkles). Remove the diamond from the casing, apply the color, and insert the diamond back. If a diamond becomes dull, for example due to powdered sugar, brush it with a moist brush and it will shine again. There are no special requirements for the cream.
