These edible diamonds will add sparkle and beauty to your cakes and other confectionery products. These jelly diamonds measure approximately 5mm in diameter. Suitable for use on all confectionery covering pastes and royal icing or on cream. We recommend using tweezers to handle the diamonds.

Tips:
Edible diamonds can be placed in the fridge, to ensure that they are thoroughly cooled and the coating is not damaged when removed.
     Do not use standard edible glue.
     If the diamonds are being placed on royal icing, make sure it is completely dry.
     If water remains in the icing, it could create a puddle around the diamond.
    To highlight the diamond, silver or gold luster can be used (non-toxic glitter). Remove the diamond from the casing, paint it with the color, and put the diamond back in.
    If the diamond becomes dull, for example due to powdered sugar, brush it with a damp brush and it will shine again.
     There are no special requirements for the cream.
