Clear piping gel for creating beautiful effects when decorating a cake. Ideal for creating water droplets or hazy effects, but you can also use it to attach images made of edible paper to the cake. It adheres well and because it is clear, it does not leave stains. Before placing the fondant or marzipan layer on the top of the cake, also use a thin layer.
