Clear piping gel for creating beautiful effects when decorating a cake. Ideal for creating water drops or hazy effects, but you can also use it to attach images made of edible paper to the cake. It sticks well and, because it is clear, it does not leave any stains. Use a thin layer before placing a fondant or marzipan layer on top of the cake.
