Just add water and butter and it's ready in a few minutes. Swiss Meringue Buttercream is usually a laborious recipe, but with FunCakes Swiss Meringue Buttercream mix, everyone can manage this demanding cream with great results. Perfect for decorating cakes, cupcakes, and desserts.
Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature.
For one serving: mix 100g of the mixture with 70ml of warm tap water for 8 minutes on the highest setting until the cream is fluffy. Add 220 grams of unsalted (cream) butter in 4 parts to the mixture and beat until each part of the butter is completely melted before adding the next one. Beat on high speed for about 8 minutes until smooth cream. One batch of cream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm diameter cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.
