Fondant Icing for Pastries
Ready-to-use fondant icing (sugar paste) in white color. Unlike other fondants, it remains liquid even at room temperature, making it easier to measure and eliminates the need for cutting with a spatula. It is easily spreadable, adheres well to products, and extends their shelf life. It can be easily colored and flavored (for example, with 100% nut pastes, flavoring pastes, or syrups). It is more elastic, extra shiny, and resistant to freezing (the product does not change its properties even after a month). It saves time and electricity, as it does not need to be constantly heated like regular fondant (classic fondant needs to be heated 10 times, Quick only 3 times).
It is primarily intended as a sugar icing for windmills, pastries, and desserts, but can also be used as a filling for long-lasting creams.
If needed, it can be heated in the microwave or in a water bath to 35-40°C.
Or it can be used to make buttercream (1 kg Quick fondant and 2 kg butter, whisked and flavored - can absorb up to 20% liquid).
