When working with labels, care must be taken to ensure that the surface of the product onto which the label is to be applied is not too wet. In these cases, the label may become deformed. Similarly, when using the opposite method of moistening labels from below and then applying them to the surface, do not soak the label in water (although vegetable oil can be used), just lightly moisten it from below, for example with a sponge.
