Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (160°C for convection). Ingredients must be at room temperature. Soften 140 g of (cream) butter. Add 400 g of the mix and 200 g of eggs (4 pieces) and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes until smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased pan approx. Ø18-20 cm and bake the cake in the center of the oven for about 50 minutes. After baking, release the cake immediately and let it cool on a cooling rack.
