
Linzer dough - Complete mix for preparing a wide range of tea pastry products.
Basic recipe: Linzer mix 500g, baking fat 200g, water 50g
Procedure: Mix softened fat with water and finally incorporate the Linzer mix Enzyme. Make a smooth dough, let it rest for at least one hour in a cold place. Then process in a usual way.
