FunCakes Royal Icing is designed for making sugar decorations, for delicate finishing work using a piping bag, for example, lace decoration on covering pastes, on gingerbread, and when making colored flowers.

Directions: Mix 55ml of water into 450g of sifted mixture. Add water to the mixture and beat with a whisk/mixer for approximately 7-10 minutes at a low speed. The Royal Icing is ready when it is shiny and firm.
TIP: To 200g of royal icing add 1 teaspoon of water for medium firmness or 2 teaspoons of water, to achieve a thin consistency (for pouring over a finished cake).
