Sandra Lilac - Mixture designed for producing purple casting dough
Complete mixture for the production of special purple colored cast materials. Intended for further processing.
Composition: sugar, wheat flour, powdered milk, chickpea flour, raising agents (E450, E500), glucose, wheat fiber,
dried egg white, salt, dye (E120), thickener (E415).
Recommended dosage for roll plates: Sandra Lila 1000g + liquid eggs 560g + drinking water 320g + edible oil 180g.
Combine all the listed ingredients and let swell for about 5 minutes. Then mix with a whisk at the slowest speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous consistency.
Spread onto a baking tray with raised edges lined with baking paper. The specified amount yields approximately 4 plates.
Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes.
Warning: This basic recipe requires the addition of at least 1850g of finished cream, filling, etc. due to the contained dye, the quantity of which in the finished product is limited by EU legislation.
