Soffin - mixture for making whipped masses - rolls, sponge cake, Margherita cake, Swiss rolls, Sacher cake, plum cakes, dolce Varese
Ingredients: wheat starch, glucose syrup, raising agents E450i, E500, emulsifier E471, milk proteins, emulsifiers: E472a, E472b, flavor, colorants - beta-carotene
Allergens - the product may contain traces of eggs, soy, and nuts.
Sponge cake: Soffin 600g, flour 600g, sugar 800g, eggs 1000g, water 400g.
Instructions:
Method: Beat all ingredients together in a mixer for 8-10min. Pour into greased and floured tins and bake at 180°C - 200°C (baking time is approximate, consider your own oven).
Caution: Too cold water reduces the ability to increase volume (fluffiness)
