Ready baking mix - Red Velvet

Highly popular Red Velvet sponge already in your kitchen. With the ready mix, you don't have to worry about anything. The ready mix can be used in making cakes, muffins, rolls, or other confectionery products. The sponges made from this mixture are juicy, have a compact and smooth surface.

Usage:

Cake sponge: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 650g water, 180g oil.

Velvet sheets: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 535g water, 180g oil, 160g eggs.

Velvet cookies: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 40g water, 360g butter, 200g chocolate chips, 100g sugar.

Combine all ingredients and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Then beat at the slowest speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous consistency. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C.

Tip: Fill and decorate cake sponge or sheets from Sandra VELVET with a special white cream made from cottage cheese, cheese (mascarpone), or cream.
