Mirror glaze with high gloss - lemon - Limone

Lemon glaze for high gloss coating. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Instructions: Take the necessary amount of Mirror Lemon - Limone and heat in a microwave or in a water bath to a temperature of 45-50°C. Stir briefly without incorporating air. Place the products to be coated on a suitable base and apply Mirror Limone preparation with a spatula. Lightly shake the coated product. Mirror Limone can also be used without heating. Briefly work the necessary amount with a spatula and then coat the product. Products coated with Mirror Limone will maintain their gloss even at -20°C.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemons (5%), thickener: modified starch pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavor, food colorants: beta-carotene, curcumin.

Store in a cool and dry place.
