Mirror glaze with high gloss - lemon - Limone

Lemon glaze with high gloss for pouring. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Directions: Take the necessary amount of Mirror Lemon - Limone and heat in a microwave or in a water bath to a temperature of 45-50°C. Stir briefly without incorporating air. Place the products to be covered on a suitable base and spread with Mirror Limone preparation using a spatula. Gently shake the covered product. Mirror Limone can also be used without heating. Briefly work the required amount with a spatula and then cover the product. Products covered with Mirror Limone will maintain their gloss even at -20°C.

Ingredients: glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, lemons (5%), thickener: modified pectin starch, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavor, food coloring: beta-carotene, curcumin.

Store in a cool, dry place.
