MIRALL Mirror Glaze with High Gloss - Raspberry - 250g

Mirror glaze for pouring with high gloss. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Instructions: Take the required amount and heat in a microwave or in a water bath to a temperature of 45-50°C. Stir briefly without incorporating air. Place the products intended for coating on a suitable base and spread the preparation with a spatula. Lightly shake the coated product. It can also be used without heating. Briefly work the required amount with a spatula and then coat the product. Products coated with MIRALL will maintain their gloss even at -20°C.

Ingredients: Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, raspberry puree 3%, gelling agent: pectin (e440), modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330) - sodium citrates (E331), stabilizer: calcium chloride (E509), colorants: E120-E160a - cochineal, carotene mix, flavors, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
