MIRALL Mirror Glaze with High Gloss - Kiwi - 250g

Mirror glaze for pouring with high gloss. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Instructions: Remove the necessary amount and heat in a microwave or in a water bath to a temperature of 45-50°C. Stir briefly without incorporating air. Place the products intended for covering on a suitable base and spread the preparation with a spatula. Lightly shake the covered product. Can also be used without heating. Briefly work the necessary amount with a spatula and then cover the product. Products covered with MIRALL will maintain their gloss even at -20°C.

Ingredients: Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, kiwi 3%, thickener: pectin E 440ii, modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid E 330, preservative: potassium sorbate E 202, flavor, dye: brilliant blue V E 131, beta-carotene E 160aii.
