      Whipping cream stiffener - vanilla - 250g

      Quantity :

      Cold process cream stabilizer powder mix. Suitable for use in: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

      Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g

      Instructions: Dissolve the stabilizer in water. Immediately fold into partially whipped cream using an electric mixer. Whip to the desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let stabilize in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2h.
