    Powder mix from Irca company for preparing cold creams.

    Suitable for use in: cakes, semifreddo, and other pastry products.

    Dosage: LILLY tiramisu 200g + water or milk (15-20°C) 200g + whipping cream 1000g

    Usage: Mix the powder with water and slowly fold into whipped unsweetened cream.

    Place into suitable molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for at least 40 minutes. Can also be used for making ice cream.
