KARINA - Cherry Cream - 500g
KARINY are mixtures that provide excellent stability to pastry creams while maintaining their creaminess. They are used in combination with whipped cream, butter, or margarine. Creams prepared from plant-based creams do not dry out.
KARINY are also suitable for use in plant-based creams in combination with dried gelatin. It not only gives creams fullness of flavor, but most importantly ensures their smoothness and easier cutting of products. The cut is clean, smooth, and the creams do not stick to knives.
KARINY, when used with butter or fat you use for fat creams, add a taste and color characteristic to the type of KARINA you use.
