Complete mixture for the production of special purple colored cast materials. Intended for further processing.

Composition: sugar, wheat flour, dried milk, chickpea flour, raising agents (E450, E500), glucose, wheat fiber,

dried egg white, salt, dye (E120), thickener (E415).

Recommended dosage for sponge sheets: Sandra Lila 1000g + liquid eggs 560g + drinking water 320g + cooking oil 180g.

Combine all the listed ingredients and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Then mix with a whisk at the lowest speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous consistency.

Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and raised edges. The given amount yields approximately 4 sheets.

Bake at 170°C for about 30 minutes.

Warning: This basic recipe needs to be supplemented with at least 1850g of finished cream, filling, etc. due to the contained dye, the amount of which in the finished product is limited by EU legislation.
