Concentrated gel food coloring.

Packaging weight 28 g. The color is designed for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called for sugar paste. Add in small amounts until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E110, E102, E129, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)). E102, E110, and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and mollusks.

Maximum intended use level: 0.20 g / 100 g.
