Concentrated gel food color.

Net weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called modeling paste. Add gradually from a small amount to achieve the desired shade.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E110, E102, E129, E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)). E102, E110, and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and mollusks.

Maximum recommended dosage: 0.20g / 100g.
