Wafer Paper is an edible starch-based paper. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but can only be used on a dry surface, such as almond paste or fondant), edible labels, decorations, or menu cards. Do not use on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly translucent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the final third of baking with bread, rolls, or pastries. The thickness of Premium Wafer Paper is approximately 0.60 mm. We print using Canon technology and edible inks: Water, humectants E1520, E422; colorants E133, E122, E102, E151, E110. May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
