Wafer Paper is an edible starch-based paper. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but can only be used on a dry surface like almond paste or fondant), edible labels, edible decorations, or menus. Do not use on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly see-through. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the last third of baking with bread, rolls, or pastry.
