This loose blend with an improved recipe is beautifully white and is ideally suited for making a wedding cake.
Tastefully this universal coating and modeling material from the Czech manufacturer Ireks is clearly on the market. It works well with the material, it is elastic, it does not just have to be worked out.
With Montana you do not even have to worry about making lace laces. Our lace molds are ideally suited to this.
If you do not consume all the mass, you can keep it cool and well packed for up to one month.
How to do this: 500g Montana, 75-85ml water (preferably more, thicken again with Montana), 25g softened 100% fat (Omega)
Preparation process: all raw materials (grease must be softened) are combined in a robot using kneading hooks (or in a domestic bakery and can be hand-crafted) in a slightly sticky mass, which is placed in a stronger plastic bag and left for at least 3 hours (Preferably all day) at room temperature. After the rest, the material does not stick and can work with it. If you need to use the mass immediately after preparation, use less water (70ml).
Ingredients: sugar, dried milk, colorant E171, glucose syrup, aroma, stabilizer E415. The mass is free of preservatives.
