To adhere, use water or edible glue. Fondant sheet should be stored out of reach of air and daylight - it hardens. Suitable for covering mass, chocolate, and creams. We do not recommend beginners to lay it on whipped cream and curd creams. After laying on whipped cream, the fondant sheet "melts" and merges with the base.

Among the biggest advantages of this material are very "clean and polished" look, sweet taste, and very easy usage.

Composition: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, illipe), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420ii, water, humectant: E422, emulsifiers: E471, E415, flavor: vanilla, colorants: E102, E110, E122, E133, E151, preservative: E218.
