Wafer Paper is an edible starch-based paper. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but can only be used on a dry surface like marzipan or fondant), edible labels, decorations, or menu cards. Do not use on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly translucent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked with bread, rolls, or pastries in the last third of baking.
