The JEM cutter is designed for cutting florist ribbons or bows (it is really very sharp!)
It has an adjustable ribbon width (1/2 or 1/4 of the ribbon width) by unscrewing the slats.
If you will adjust the width, make sure that the cutting knives are evenly distributed when folding.
Before tightening the screws, lightly tap the cutter on the table to ensure that the strips are at the correct level and then the cutter will be easier to assemble
Usage: Open the top part and insert the wax-coated side of the ribbon facing up. Close the trigger. Apply gentle pressure to the center and, using the other hand, pull out the ribbon
