It just takes determination, time, and the conviction that gluten-free baking is interesting and everyone will enjoy it immensely. The preparation is simple and the result… just amazing. I discovered a wonderful world of gluten-free ingredients and I can truly recommend Christmas crescents, Linzer cookies, Carob bars, Paris crescents, pecans with star anise, or Mauritius slices,” says Helena Vybíralová.
