Ideal for decorating on a cake or cupcakes.
Patchwork cutters are low Mezzanine cutters. They can be used for decorations that you have cut out from thin sugarpaste (FunCakes, Wilton, fondant, marzipan, gum paste...), or as a stamp on an already covered cake.

How to use:
Knead the covering paste thoroughly and roll out a thin sheet. Press the patchwork cutter firmly into the covering paste. Using mini tools or other small instruments, remove excess fondant. Let the fondant harden for 10 minutes and then carefully remove it.
