6 egg whites and 360g caster sugar.
Instructions:
We make the dough from the ingredients, wrap it in plastic and let it rest in the fridge overnight.
Roll out the dough with a bit of flour, cut into strips, and wrap around metal tubes. Brush the rolled cream horns with beaten egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180'C
To prepare the meringue for the cream horns, mix 6 egg whites with 360g caster sugar and start beating over a water bath. Beat for about 10 minutes.
Let it cool until the meringue sets. Dust with powdered sugar and it's done.
