Ingredients:
Dough: 160g ground biscuits, 60g butter, 2-3 tablespoons milk, 100g powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 70g ground hazelnuts, rum
Cream: 50g butter, 50g icing sugar, 1 egg yolk, rum
Round biscuits
Instructions:
Mix biscuits, softened butter, sugar, cocoa, nuts, milk, and rum / you can add more rum instead of milk / to make a sticky dough.
Mix ingredients for the filling into a smooth cream.
Make a small ball out of the dough, press it into the cookie cutter, fill the center with cream, then seal it with a biscuit.
