Cutters for cutting out salty and sweet dough with complex internal shapes.
Roll out the dough sheet to a thickness of about 5 mm on both sides, dust with flour, and cut out with a cutter. By pressing the button, press out the cut shape into the palm of the other hand and place it on a greased baking sheet or baking foil.
1.-Preparation of the dough for cheese pretzels:
50 dag of fine flour, 25 dag of grated Edam cheese, 25 dag of fat, 250 ml of whipping cream or sour cream, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 egg yolk, 1 baking powder, 2 teaspoons of vegeta seasoning. Decorate with caraway seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, or coarse salt. Bake until pink for about 12 - 15 minutes at 150°C.
Excellent with wine or beer.
Cleaning:
Unscrew the screw in the bottom part of the ejector and disassemble the cutter. Wash in warm water using regular soap detergents and reassemble after drying.
