Wafer Paper is an edible starch-based paper with a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. It can be used in many ways, such as for photographic cakes (but should only be used on a dry surface like marzipan or fondant), edible labels, decorations, or menus. Do not use on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly translucent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the last third of baking with bread, rolls, or pastries.
