These edible diamonds add shine and beauty to your cakes and other confectionery products. These diamonds measure about 10mm in diameter. Suitable for use on all confectionary coatings and royal glaze or cream.
We recommend using a tweezers for handling diamonds.
Tips & Tips:
     Do not use standard Edible Glue.
     If diamonds are to be placed on the royal glaze, make sure it is completely dry.
     If the water remained in the galzura, it could create a pool around the diamond.
    If you want to wax a diamond, you can use a silver or gold pearl (not a non-toxic glitter). Remove the diamond from the case, smear the ink and reinsert the diamond.
    If the diamond becomes messy, for example, due to the flour sugar, wipe the diamond with some vegetable oil and shine again.
     There are no special requirements with cream.
