How much do you need to cover a cake? For a round cake with a diameter of 24/26 cm, you will need approximately 500g of fondant. Fondant is also very suitable for decorations.

Usage for decorations: Add one full teaspoon of Tylose (item 1098) and a little water to 250g of fondant. Knead well before use, roll out on powdered sugar into a thin sheet, and continue modeling flowers or figurines.

Composition: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel oil, palm), humectant (E422), thickeners (E415, E466), emulsifier (E471), natural flavor, preservative (E200), citric acid (E330), color (E120, E133). E102 can adversely affect the activity and attention of children.
