FunCakes Gum Paste White - white 250g

FunCakes Gum Paste is a fast-drying gum-based paste that can be rolled out thinly for making flowers, leaves, and delicate decorations.

This gum-based paste is snow white, making it great for creating white sugar flowers without the need for additional coloring. You can roll out this gum paste so thin that it is perfect for making delicate leaves, frills, and more.

You can color it with food coloring.

Preparation: Work until the mass is soft, smooth, elastic, and crack-free. Color as needed. The gum paste is ready to use.

Storage: Unused gum paste must be sealed quickly, and any used product should be stored separately. Both should be airtight wrapped and stored away from direct light at room temperature.

Ingredients: sugar (79%), glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), thickener: E466, E415, emulsifier: E471, natural flavoring, preservative: E202. May contain traces of almonds.
