The set of daisy plunger cutters consists of 4 different sizes, plunger and ejector.

Plunger cutters are suitable for making beautiful flowers from gum paste, fondant, gumpaste and modeling clays, marzipan. Ideal for decorating cakes, pies and muffins.

With the help of a plunger cutter, you can easily but effectively create beautiful decorations.
To use small flower cutouts correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling clays). We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately). You can dust with icing sugar or cornstarch.
2) Press the plunger into the paste, without pushing the ejector (plunger).
3) Press the ejector down to create a relief snowflake.
4) Lift the plunger . Now you can press the ejector which will release the flower
