To use bow cutters correctly: 1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling clay) thinly. We recommend a silicone mat as a base (sold separately). You can sprinkle with icing sugar or cornstarch. 2) Press the cutter into the material, without pressing the plunger. 3) Press the plunger down to create the shape. 4) Lift the cutter.
