With the help of a plunger, you can simply but effectively make beautiful decorations.
If you want to use a small flower plunger correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling paste) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately) as a base. You can dust with cornflour or icing sugar.
2) Press the plunger into the paste without pressing the ejector.
3) Press the ejector down to create an embossed snowflake.
4) Lift the plunger. You can now press the ejector to push out the flower.
