Ideal for decorating on a cake or cookies.
Patchwork cutters are Low Mezzanine routers. They can be used for decorations that you cut out from thin sugarpaste (FunCakes, Wilton, fondant, marzipan, gum paste...), or as a stamp on an already covered cake.

How to use:
Knead the covering paste carefully and roll out a thin sheet. Press the patchwork cutter firmly into the covering paste. Use mini sticks or other small tools to remove excess fondant. Let the fondant harden for 10 minutes and then carefully remove it.
