Usage: Roll out the fondant thinly, let it set for a moment, and apply the patchwork. Press the desired motif into it and carefully tap it out of the mold on the board. If you have a JEM board intended for these patchworks, place the patchwork into the holes and place the rolled-out fondant on top. Roll over the fondant with a rolling pin or iron until you see that everything is cut through. Remove the excess and tap out the finished shapes from the patchwork.
