      Avoletta - almond flour for baking 250g - 50% almonds

      Quantity :

      Almond pastry preparation (petits, "Delizia" cake, macarons, etc).

      Instructions for use: Avoletta 1kg, egg whites 150 - 180g. Mix energetically for a few minutes and then place on baking paper. Let it rest for 4-5 hours and then bake at 230°C for about 5 minutes.

      Ingredients: almonds (50%), sugar, flavor.

      Store in a cool and dry place. Protect from moisture, close after each use.
