Delicious almond marzipan by FunCakes is wonderfully flexible and smooth.

This makes the marzipan easy to work with and perfect for rolling out. The marzipan has a fine texture and remains firm after rolling. FunCakes marzipan is available in many different colors. If you want to lighten the color, you can mix colored marzipan with some lighter marzipan. You can also mix colors yourself.

For a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake of size 20 cm, you need approx. 500 grams of marzipan to cover the cake completely. Before use, mix well and apply a thin layer of powdered sugar.
