Wafer Paper is an edible potato starch-based paper. It has a neutral taste and a slightly ribbed surface. Wafer Paper can be used in many ways. It is suitable for photographic cakes (but should only be used on a dry surface such as marzipan or fondant), edible labels, decorations, or menus. Do not use on colored fondant, as Wafer Paper is slightly translucent. Additionally, Wafer Paper can be baked in the last third of baking with bread, rolls, or pastries.
